Orange Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

These quick cookies are perfect to whip up for game day or last minute treat! These simple ingredients come together to create a cookie packed full of flavor and zest. We recommend making two batches or they will be gone before you know it!


Ingredients


1 cup butter softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 Tbs fresh orange zest

2 Tbs orange juice

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour plus more if necessary

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup craisins dried cranberries

1 cup macadamia nuts (optional but recommended)


Instructions



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Cream butter and sugars together in a bowl (electric stand mixer works well). Mix until creamy and combined.

  3. Beat in eggs, orange zest, and orange juice.

  4. Gradually add salt, baking soda and flour and mix until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips, craisins, and nuts.

  5. Drop cookie dough by using a cookie scoop onto the prepared pans. Bake 11 minutes or until lightly golden on top. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
