Champagne doesn't always have to be your celebration drink on NYE! This festive dessert cocktail is perfect for ringing in the new year or serving at any of life's celebrations.
Brandy Ice
1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream
6 oz. brandy
2 tsp. creme de cacao
nutmeg for garnish
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick.
2. If time allows, freeze for 2-3 hours uncovered and scoop into glasses when ready. If serving immediately, pour mixture into chilled martini or sherbet glasses and top with nutmeg! Makes 8 servings. Cheers!
Notes
We recommend Blue Bell homestyle vanilla ice cream or if you can find cinnamon ice cream it makes the drink a bit more festive!
Adding 1-2oz of vanilla vodka or Kahlua gives the drink a little extra celebration!
Top with chocolate drizzle, nutmeg, whipped cream, and a cookie perouette for a show stopping drink.
