Clink, sip, and imagine you're on the Isle of Capri with this bright and earthy cocktail.
Ingredients:
Basil leaves
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 oz limoncello
2 oz prosecco
½ oz simple syrup
Perrier
Garnish: lemon wheel and basil leaf
Directions:
Add basil leaves and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add limoncello, simple syrup and ice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Fill the glasses with even amounts of limoncello mix, prosecco and Perrier. Stir and garnish with lemon wheel and basil leaf.
